Comments

RETURN POLICIES

All payments made on this platform are final. Please contact us at support@webmarketingcode.com in case you consider a refund. You will be notified via email whether your claim was approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to the card number or payment method that originally executed the payment within approximately 15 days.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?

If you have a major problem with any service offered by Web Marketing Code or a minor problem that could not be fixed in a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, when:

– The service is not provided with an acceptable level of care and skill.

– The service is not for the purpose you requested.

– The service is not delivered in a reasonable time when there is no agreed-upon date of completion.

SERVICES YOU CANNOT CANCEL:

You must pay for the services you have received under a service contract that worked as expected.

You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond Web Marketing Code’s control, or if the customer

– has changed their mind.

– insisted that a service be provided in a particular way, against the advice of the Web Marketing Code.

– did not clearly explain their needs to the Web Marketing Code.

CANCEL YOUR SERVICE:

If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:

– Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.

– Contact Web Marketing Code at support@keep-coding.net and explain the problem. If Web Marketing Code cannot fix the service in a reasonable time, the terms of the service contract will be negotiated.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND IT HAS ALREADY STARTED OR BEEN DELIVERED, A REFUND WILL BE NEGOTIATED TO COVER THE SERVICES THAT FAILED AND ANY UPFRONT PAYMENTS.
